What Makes This Retreat Unique?
As a harp teacher, you pour so much into your students - but when was the last time you took time to invest in yourself? This retreat is your chance to step away from the demands of daily teaching and immerse yourself in a weekend designed to refresh your spirit and reignite your passion for pedagogy.
You’ll join a supportive circle of fellow harp educators who understand your journey. Through group brainstorming and mastermind-style conversations, you’ll have the chance to explore new teaching strategies, troubleshoot challenges, and refine your studio goals - all while being surrounded by peers who can offer insight, feedback, and encouragement.
If you’ve ever wished you had more time to exchange ideas, share resources, and talk shop with other harp teachers, this is your moment. You’ll dive into rich discussions on pedagogy, lesson planning, and studio management - coming away with practical tools and fresh inspiration to bring back to your students.
Beyond professional development, this retreat gives you time to reflect, reconnect with your own creativity, and rediscover the why behind your work. It's not just about getting better at what you do — it's about feeling more connected, confident, and renewed as a teacher and artist.
