You have a talent for explaining things! I especially liked the metaphors and the stories like the woodshed or about Alfred Hitchcock. That helped a lot to understand the subject of the chapter. And again the quotes! It’s very interesting to know what another person – like a musician – thought about a specific topic. I’m thankful that you explained all those terms like phrasing, dynamics, tempo, tone. I confused them or didn’t know what they mean, but now I know 😊 I printed out chapter 4 to 10 and put it in my harp folder. Now I can look up how to practice and what to try with a piece.
